| CHEESE CLASS - BASIC 101 NEW SCHEDULE DATES (PICK ONLY ONE CLASS DATE AND TIME THAT WORKS WITH YOUR SCHEDULE) TIMES: 3:00 PM TO 5:00 PM 0R 6:00 PM TO 8:00 PM DATES: Dec 5, 12, 19, 2009 Jan. 9, 16, 2009 COST $20.00 PER PERSON LOCATION: CHEESER'S PALACE CAFE 707 W. MONTROSE AVE IN DOWNTOWN CLERMONT OTHER DATES This class is a basic class and a complete overview of what basic knowledge you will require to understand the future cheese classes. After completion of this course you will receive a certificate and a 15% Cheese Card. With this Cheese Card you will enjoy a 15% discount on all your future cheese purchases. This class is a requirement in order to take the other classes following. Email your questions to Carol. Carol will be conducting this Basic Cheese Class 101 every Saturday night from 3-5:00pm or 6-8:00pm starting December 5, 2009 and ending January 16, 2010. So if one date does not work hopefully one of the other dates will work out for you. Remember you can make arrangements for private class at your convenience. **Remember class size is limited. You must pay in advance to reserve your seat. Classes must be paid by cash or by check. Good News after you have attended one of these basic cheese classes you will be ready for the more in depth classes. These in depth classes are where you will learn about cheese and wine together. Keith from Bacchus Vino will be conducting the part of the class dealing with the wines...and I will be talking the talk of cheese!! In December and perhaps in January we will be having the more in depth class on Cheeses paired with Red wines. In this class you will be tasting four different wines and anywhere from 12 to 16 different cheeses. These classes cost $56.00 per person... A class listing of the wine and cheeses is available upon request....This class has a awesome finale in that you will have wine with chocolate....Don't miss out for this night will be a night to remember...bring your taste buds and enjoy. Following all of this exciting news; on February 11, 2010 we will be making cheese and this is a dessert cheese in the shape of a heart which you will be able to pick up and take home on Valentines Day....Is this not fun!!
