| CHEESE CLASS - BASIC 101 STARTS November 5, 2010 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm or November 13, 2010 7:00pm to 9:00pm COST $25.00 PER PERSON LOCATION: CHEESER'S PALACE CAFE 707 W. MONTROSE AVE IN DOWNTOWN CLERMONT This class is a basic class and a complete overview of what cheese knowledge you will be require to understand before you are eligible to take all future cheese classes. After completion of this course you will receive a certificate and a 15% Cheese Card. With this Cheese Card you will enjoy a 15% discount on all your future cheese purchases. This class is a requirement in order to take the other classes following. Email your questions to Carol. There will be a cheese making class: November 19, 2010 6:00 -8:00pm $50.00 per person **Remember class size is limited. You must pay in advance to reserve your seat. Classes must be paid by cash or by check. We will be making Fromage Blanc with cranberries. This is an excellent cheese to have for your Holidays. You will need to bring a heavy bottom sauce pan, colander, cheese cloth, thermometer and a slotted spoon. I will be providing you with all the necessary ingredients and the recipe. Once we have made our cheese and the whey is draining we will all enjoy eating the cheese I made a couple of days prior with your own bottle of wine...I will be providing a salad and bread. You get to take your cheese home along with the recipe so you can make more cheese over the holidays.
