Last week we had Ray's team at Graphix Direct come and finish the instal of the wall design for the upper dining room. We have been working for several months now to upgrade the exterior and interior with paint and some new design elements! The "Sailfish" wall was one of the last pieces (almost - still more to come).

I'm sure many of you have seen the large Sailfish hanging on the wall in the back of the upper dining room for years. There is a story behind that and extends to my restaurant today. That big ole' fish was too heavy to hang on the wall to accompany the new wall graphic, so we did the next best thing and made an image that could be mounted and emulate the same idea. Next time your in Cheeser's head upstairs and read the story and significance of what that fish means to me!

We have been working for several months now to upgrade the exterior and interior with paint and some new design elements! The "Sailfish" wall was one of the last pieces (almost - still more to come).

I'm sure many of you have seen the large Sailfish hanging on the wall in the back of the upper dining room for years. There is a story behind that and extends to my restaurant today. That big ole' fish was too heavy to hang on the wall to accompany the new wall graphic, so we did the next best thing and made an image that could be mounted and emulate the same idea. Next time your in Cheeser's head upstairs and read the story and significance of what that fish means to me!

Today we are excited about Kalen‘s future, she starts nursing school next week! As a team, we are sad to see her go, but we lift her up and are excited about her trajectory. In fact, he almost got grated! But, you can free him and take him home (at your own risk). Just come in, snap a picture and post it. Follow the directions and you could be his new buddy...forever!
