Amanda has served on the board for March of Dimes, and the South Lake Chamber of Commerce, chaired the teacher's appreciation breakfast, and has participated in many other boards. During COVID-19 she helped coordinate and distribute meals to those affected by the virus. Her hobbies include amateur photography, loving horse owner, and being a happy mother and wife. She has a passion for food and bettering those around her.

Isela García

Isela Garcia joined our team in 2012, starting as a dishwasher, and she quickly rose to the position of Assistant Kitchen Manager in 3 years. Now she runs the kitchen staff and handles most of the chocolate work. She is also a part-time college student at the University of Central Florida, working towards her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. We couldn't be more excited about being a part of her future!
